Jollof Rice

A very rich rice dish infused in a flavorful rosemary and herbs sauce seasoned to perfection.


MONDAY-Spinach Stew & Rice (11)

Spinach and other vegetables sautéed in canola oil and thickened with ground melon seeds with your choice of protein, the flavor is amazing. This meal is vegan friendly.

Oil Free Okra Soup

Okra vegetables cooked in a delicious mixture of tomatoes, Onions and African spices. Served with fish, Shrimps and your choice of meat.
